The Office Manager handles the day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, task delegation, and working with other managers and department personnel. If you are an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate has a Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred with at least 3+ years experience as a Office Manager in the Automotive Industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. He or she must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Certified Public Accountants (CPA) preferred.
